If you do any serious off-roading you know the importance of on-board air. On board air can be used for re-inflating your tires due to leaks, reseating tires back on their rim, aiding in tire repairs, and for running air tools like impact wrenches. The more serious off-roader even relies on his on-board air to run his axle air lockers or provide a quick lift to his truck with an air jack. Of course, if you have a powerful on-board air system you might find yourself also blowing sand and water out of your air filter or inflating your crushed fuel cell back into shape.
And in all the world there is only ONE on-board air system that can do all of these things and do them well. The Power Tank.

Since 1997, Power Tank has set the standard for on-board air performance. Consider this. Power Tank air systems are seen in more race trucks than any other type of air system. No other on-board air system on the market has the proven power and versatility of the Power Tank and no other system is as rugged and reliable. Backed by a Limited Lifetime warranty, the Power Tank does what it says it can do or your money back.

What does this mean if you’re a non-competitive trail rig owner. If you want a competition proven air system that outperforms all others in tire inflation speeds, flow rates, warranty, portability, and versatility (runs air tools, air lockers, all in a portable system), then get the Power Tank. We are a product driven company interested primarily with offering top quality performance driven products that make sense for the serious off-road enthusiast of all levels. Steve designed these products for himself for use in his non-competition off-road rig. Airing up his tires quickly after a hard day on the trail was his primary concern although he has been seen more than a few times repairing broken axles and reseating tires on other trail rigs.

We have two (2) different systems to offer to the off-road market. The first is the COMP Series. The Power Tank COMP Series features the versatility of an adjustable outlet pressure up to 200 PSI. The COMP Series is our original Power Tank system although there is little that resembles that faithful Power Tank from 1997. The current COMP Series SuperFlow adjustable regulator, now called the SuperFlow HPX, has undergone six generations of changes to improve its performance, durability, reliability, and design. The SuperFlow HPX is the finest example of cutting-edge CO2 regulator technology. |

What does this mean? Imagine having more air power than your 7 HP shop compressor. Identified by the yellow faced “Smart Gauges”, the SuperFlow HPX regulator boasts a maximum flow rate of 31 CFM at the outlet which makes this 5 times faster than even the fastest 12 volt compressors. This massive flow rate is enough to run up to a 3/4” drive impact wrench although most never would. This CO2 regulator is guaranteed never to “freeze clog” like other CO2 regulators will and continue to provide a steady high flow rate. The COMP Series HPX is out done in speed and versatility only by one other system on the market. That system is it’s new big brother, the Power Tank PRO Series, featuring the badass new SuperFlow XP300 regulator.
|
The SuperFlow XP300 regulator makes a COMP Series into a PRO Series Power Tank. The XP300 is the newest member of the SuperFlow regulator family. This regulator, although similar in size and look to the HPX, has some unique features which make it even faster and more versatile. The most notable feature is its compatibility with nitrogen so it can be used to pressurize N2 shocks. For this reason, the SuperFlow XP300 regulator gets a set of high pressure gauges. Identified by its black faces, these gauges are liquid filled and come with stainless steel cases tough enough for rough outdoor race environments. Maximum outlet pressure is bumped to 300 PSI while its maximum flow rate is clocked at over 38 CFM!
