PRODUCTS

The Sidearm™ is a great new concept by Power Tank®. The Sidearm™ system is designed to power any sized nail gun while simply clipped to your belt or hung from a ladder and allows you to move about the job site quickly and easily. It features a light weight aluminum bottle (1.25 lb. or 2.50 lb. size), an adjustable heavy duty regulator, and a bottle holder with belt clip and carabineer hook. A 1.25 lb. Speed Bottle holds enough air to shoot (375) 2.5” finish nails or how about (750) 18 ga. x 1” brads. If your Speed Bottle runs dry refill it from your larger tanks yourself right at the jobsite or at home with our Power Filler™ transfillers.

The Power Tank® CONTRACTOR Series systems are larger than the Sidearm™ systems yet are still very portable. The C-Series gives you the portability of the smallest compressors but the power of the biggest. It is available in four (4) different sizes (5, 10, 15, and 20 lb.) and come with a handy Floor Bracket. The very popular 10 lb. system (referring to its CO2 capacity) provides enough air to quickly nail (10) squares (1000 ft²) of 40 yr. composite roofing shingles. Or imagine nailing a mile of base board on one tank.

So What Are the Advantages of a Power Tank® over Compressors?

These Power Tank® systems are:

  • Clean (no dripping oil or exhaust fumes)
  • Well designed (professional looking to your clients)
  • Light weight (Less body fatigue, faster set-up and clean-up)
  • Requires no electricity or gasoline (Works anywhere, anytime and no more cords to lug around)
  • Operation is completely silent (quieter work environment, good for after hours)
  • Maintenance is minimal, just keep is clean.
The heart of the Power Tank Sidearm™ regulator. Sidearm™ regulators, exclusive to Power Tank, feature a proprietary internal pressure release valve system designed to ensure a safe pressure to your gun for ultimate consistency shot after shot. And like all Power Tank regulators these come with a limited lifetime warranty.

All Power Tank systems come with our SuperFlex braided air line. This hose is the next generation of high tech air line for the construction industry. SuperFlex braided air line is exceptionally durable for harsh work site environments, ultra lightweight for fast movement and put-away and very strong with a burst pressure rating of 1200 PSI. A 25' SuperFlex hose weighs only 1.3 lb. That's less than two cans of your favorite beverage. Its outer shell is so slick it stays clean and won't get hung up on objects like rubber hose will. And when it's time to "wrap it up" this hose takes half the time to coil and pack out.

Power Tanks® come with three different useful methods of carrying. All provide easy mobility to make your job faster and easier.

The "Speed Bag™" is a padded nylon carry case with a side handle and a shoulder strap. The Speed Bag features two pockets for hose and tool storage, a fully zippered top for easy access to the regulator and valve, and ¼" thick padding all around to protect the Power Tank® from bumps and the clients walls from dings. This bag is great for quick pick-up jobs and finishing work. Sizes to fit the 10, 5, and 20 lb. Power Tanks®.

The "Wedge™" floor bracket puts the Power Tank® in more of a horizontal compressor position. Its all aluminum construction is strong and light weight. Soft rubber feet protect a floor from scratches and the low center or gravity ensures it's topple-proof in case the hose gets pulled a bit too hard. The Wedge is made to accommodate the 5, 10, 15 and 20 lb. Power Tanks.

Also available is a hanging mounting system called the Hangman™. Designed to work on scissor lifts and ladders, the Hangman™ hooks on and stays and securely holds the 10lb. and 15lb. tanks for you while you work up in high places.

Here's the Bottom Line: A Power Tank® is lighter and easier to carry than a compressor but is every bit as powerful. It's easier to load and unload from your truck making it easier on your body. It does not need electricity so it eliminates tripping over heavy extension cords. If noise is a concern, the Power Tank operates in complete silence. This is great when working in a noise sensitive environment like around your client, clients customers, or clients neighbors. And at the end of the day you'll like being able to carry your entire air system and all of your tools out to your truck in one easy trip. Getting more work done faster and easier is what Power Tank is all about. And when you buy Power Tank you're buying the best in performance, design, and warranty.
