These are COOL! Made of stainless and aluminum, these couplers take a whole different approach to coupler engagement and it's a very clever design. The plug actually swivels to a shut position and as it is swiveled to release the plug passes a small hole which releases down stream pressure (from your hose let's say) so the plug doesn't go whipping off the coupler. There is no internal check valve like traditional couplers so once you attach the plug to it there is a straight through flow of air and that's where it got its name, "Power Flow". This extra flow helps to run air tools and improve inflation times. The part is somewhat heavy but super stout. We order then with Viton seals for low temperature ratings.
We like them so much we offer them as an option that can be added to your SuperFlow regulator at time of purchase.
